PRODUCT SUBMISSION TERMS OF AGREEMENTS

NATIONAL NECESSITY PRODUCTS

National Necessity Products is a manufacturer and national distributor of African-American manufactured products. NNP developed a network of Master Distributor in large cities around the United States. The Master Distributors sells your products both locally and regionally.

PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT

This agreement covers and controls all interactions related to the sell of all products on this Website, printed catalogs and direct market sells.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

Submission of this form constitutes an application for sell of your products on all NNP and Master Distributor and Group Master Distributor websites. NNP may approve or disapprove of your product submission (text and/or graphics) at NNP’s discretion. You will be notified if your application is rejected. If your application is rejected, you are free to address the reasons for rejection and reapply.

SUBMISSION OF GRAPHICS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

You must submit product description, business logo, and any other graphics before your product will be posted to the website or printed catalog. You must also

submit product samples of your products to be used for marketing purposes and for the development of your product description. Once submitted, samples cannot be returned, even if your product is not sold by NNP.

If you cannot submit your graphics over the internet, you must send a hard copy (photos and graphics in camera-ready format). Photos, graphics, artwork and ad copy cannot be returned, so please send just a backup copy.

LIMITED PRODUCT LIABILITY

NNP assumes no responsibility for the quality or safety of any goods sold by NNP Master Distributors and their Independent Contractors on this website or direct sells. NNP assumes no liability for any injury or harm, which might result from the products sold by NNP Master Distributors and their Independent Contractors on this website or direct sells. NNP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to the products sold and purchased by NNP Master Distributors and their Independent Contractors on this website or direct sales.

INDEMNIFICATION

You, as a participating company agree to indemnify and hold NNP harmless from all claims, demands, and causes of action of any nature arising out of or based upon the products purchased through the NNP marketing system.

SHIPPING

Your product will be shipped directly to each Master Distributor. Packing slip will list all of the items ordered and provide return instructions. Your company is responsible for including the packing slip in with the shipment and notifying NNP that the order has been shipped via email.

PROBLEMS WITH THE SHIPMENT

Your company will be responsible for resolving any problems with delivery, damage to goods during shipping, or other issues related to shipping. In the case of a damaged item, the manufacturer will be responsible for providing the customer with a return mailing label or issuing a call tag for product returns. The manufacturer will also be responsible for shipping a replacement to the customer immediately upon receipt of the damaged item.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

The manufacturer will be responsible for notifying NNP if an item is out of stock or no longer being manufactured. It is expected that the manufacturer will notify NNP prior to running out of the product.

MASTER DISTRIBUTOR CONTACT RIGHTS

NNP retains full right to Master Distributors, including the Master Distributor's contact information and the business relationship with the Master Distributor. The manufacturer agrees not to solicit or contact the Master Distributor in any way without explicit prior consent from NNP. The manufacturer will not include any of his/her own marketing materials in with the shipments that are being shipped for NNP.

AGREEMENT

By submitting the Product Submission Form, the participating manufacturer acknowledges, understands, and accepts these terms of agreement.
