National Necessity Products LLC is in need of a National Master Distributor, National Product Coordinator and a National Data Collector. We are building infrastructure to support additional business growth in the African American community. Success will not come over night. If you are seeking quick results and even quicker rewards; these positions may not be right for you at this time. NNP is planting seeds for a bright future.

Candidates should have a management background and specialized experience relating to their selected position. In the selection process, NNP is seeking individuals who are interested in earning an annual income from $50,000 to $100,000+.

We are currently in the early-launch phase of our national business model. The primary goal is to create African American youth as manufacturers and business owners. The secondary goal is to support existing African American manufacturers and business owners. To bring money into the business model we are adding existing African American manufactured products to the NNPWORKS shopping cart. This approach also adds a new income stream to these manufacturers.

Our objective is to create wealth-building tools that help to bring economic power to the entire African-American community. NNP brings together in one program the Distributors, Manufacturers, and the Community.

This business model is bold and brash, and it needs bold, brash, and strong people to help empower the community. You must be able to think outside of the box. You must be able to see beyond present circumstances.  Please do not talk about what we cannot do, talk about all of the possibilities and opportunities.

National Master Distributor

 

The National Master Distributor will locate, recruit and train one State Master Distributor for each state. This company is not a network marketing company my any means, but it does borrow a few basic concepts from network marketing. Thus, a background in networks marketing would be useful, but not necessary.

 

This person will be responsible for the recruitment and training state level Master Distributors, and will act as a key member of the National Team. The National Master Distributor will oversee the day-to-day management of existing and new market areas. The duties will be to review Master Distributor operations. Collaborate with the National Data Collector and the National Product Coordinator to solve unforeseen problem. The person must be comfortable with marketing, interpret data, and able to communicate these strategic insights both verbally and in writing. He/she must evaluate the Master Distributor processes to make improvements.

National Product Coordinator

 

We appreciate you taking the time to consider becoming our National Product Coordinator. NNP is seeking a person that can locate and recruit African American manufacturers and their products. You will also work with the National Data Collector to locate African Youth groups and individuals interested in manufacturing products. The products will be posted to Nnpworks.com shopping cart and sold by Master Distributors to the public across the country.

 

This opportunity is recruitment based, not a sale based opportunity. You will be positioned in the middle of the manufacturing and direct marketing industries that earn billions of profit dollars yearly.

 

DUTIES:

 

·                  The NPC must negotiate manufacturing contracts

·                  Post products, images and descriptions to the shopping cart

·                  Evaluate products for their suitability for inclusion in our list of products

·                  Assist in evaluating products that the community would be interested in purchasing

·                  Deliver weekly reports from manufacturers detailing the development status on products

·                  Keep NNP informed of concerns regarding projects

·                  Organize and maintain updated product information for multiple product lines

·                  Track  the financial health of the manufacturers to ensure their health and viability

·                  Create marketing PowerPoint presentations for company’s sales team

·                  Understand the need to sell products repeatedly and long-term to the community

·                  Maintain a current knowledge and awareness of consumer trends and innovations

·                  Research new product categories and brainstorm new product ideas

·                  Understand the target customer(s)

·                  Push the development of more technical products

National Data Collector

  

NNP has developed a national database of resources to help turn African American youth into manufacturers and business owners. The resources are used when and where they are needed to increase the revenue and productivity of African American businesses.  This position involves the collection, storage, retrieval and distribution of the data/resources to the correct in user of the data. The selected person must also be familiar with database programs and proper use of them to benefit the business model and the end users. You must also develop new strategies to collect the data.

A Questionnaire has been created and distributed nationally to collect a database of resources to assist African American manufacturers. NNP wants you to use the Questionnaire to its full potential and find ways to extract even more data.

·                  Must have 3 years + experience working in management

·                  Business Experience – 2-5 or more years of managerial experience in one or more of these fields: Business, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Distribution, IT or Sales

·                  Comfortable with change and proven ability to think analytically

·                  Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into easy-to-understand insights

·                  Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and ability to track detailed projects thoroughly

·                  Understanding and belief in the NNP business model

·                  Can work independently of NNP with little or no direct supervision

·                  Ability to think creatively, to create and follow through with a creative vision

·                  Must have a high level of involvement within some of these African-American communities - Civic, Political, Religious, Business, Social

Positions:  

 

Market Area Coordinator needed nation-wide. Selection is based primarily on his/her close connections to the African-American business, financial, social, political, religious and civic groups within the community. The Market Area Coordinator will play a supporting role in the development of NNP in the market area. The Market Area Coordinator will locate qualified Master Distributors for each city within the market area. The Market Area Coordinator may also use his connections to raise investment capital for the Master Distributor to help fund inventory, distribution cost, warehousing, and market area growth.

   

Product Locator selection is based primarily on his/her ability to locate African-American manufactured products and Master Distributors over the internet and by any other available methods. The Product Locator will help introduce NNP to the manufacturer, collect product images, product descriptions, and the wholesale and retail prices. Five needed. Master Distributor Applicants should have a good knowledge of the local African-American community and have a high level of comfort in dealing with organizing a business startup and support staff. Master Distributors distributes products manufactured by the African-Americans community. Your objective is to create a wealth-building tool to help bring greater economic power to the African-American community. We want people that can build a distribution network in their market area.
